hmm...lost my gold...its my problem and also the weather problem..mental not enough strong...haiz...nvm...at least can go j..

our 4x100 suppose to get 3rd....from anith to tiffany was 7th place,from tiff to me was 5 th place,from me to rachel is third place,BUT...we fall...rac din run after i give her the batton den i bang into her...when she fall,i kena her and to avoid her i fly over her and land infront of her..(so many her)den her hand kena my spike...dunno what school punya st.johners dunno how to give treatment den we nid to wait like thousands yrs...in the end,i end up with carry out to hospital by sketch den rac nid to stich...after the amazing story...i cant walk at all untill i go to the doctor...how happy is it...den,I CANT RUN FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEKS UNTILL I CAN STAND AND WALK NORMALLY WITHOUT PAIN!!!OR ELSE MY NERVE WILL BREAK!!!
then today morning i cant run 4x400...my own event and i have to let others run for me...cant accept the fact right now but may god bless me...
